06:00. Got up, went downstairs, took meds, took a shower, brushed my hair and beard, and got dressed. Made PB&J and packed it into my bag along with my laptop and two packs of blueberry Belvita breakfast biscuits.
07:10. Got picked up.
08:30. Arrived in Raymore. Made a cup of tea.
09:00. Had morning meeting. Volunteered to clean the lunch room kitchenette.
Ate my Belvita biscuits with my cup of tea. Got on my laptop to check my messages, email, Mastodon, and news feeds. Talked with people. Discussed the best way to do loose leaf tea away from home. Someone mentioned the Mosi tea infuser. It looks very nice. I want one, but they are $40 USD.
11:00. Went for a walk.
12:00. Had lunch: Two PB&Js with natural peanut butter and blueberry preserves on whole wheat bread. Finished them both.
13:00. Tossed around a football with friends. Totally exhausted. Chugged a can of blackberry Bubly sparkling water.
14:00. Cleaned the lunch room kitchenette. Emptied and rinsed the coffee pot. Wiped down the countertops and tables. Emptied the dishwasher.
15:00. Had afternoon meeting. Today was a good day. I resolved to get more exercise. Checked my messages until it was time to go.
15:30. Left Raymore. Songs on the radio included "Say My Name" by Destiny's Child, and "It's Getting Hot In Here" by Nelly.
16:53. Came home. Rushed to the bathroom. Changed clothes. My deodorant was bothering my Mom. The scent was too powerful.
17:33. Took a shot of apple whisky.
18:00. Hungry. Drank bloody Mary. Ate a big bean burrito.
20:00. Brushed teeth.
21:00. Watched Queer Eye.
22:13. Went to bed.
