07:10. Got up, went downstairs, grabbed a Bubly sparkling water, took meds, brushed hair.

07:30. Checked messages, email, and Mastodon.

08:00. Reviewed Humane Tech's take control page to see if it preferred iPhone or Android.

09:00. Compared iPhone and Android. Read Tavi's iPhone and Android survival guides. iPhone seems more stable with longer support lifecycles and less adware and AI, and retains its resale value. Checked news feeds.

09:30. Made oatmeal with (3) instant apple cinnamon packets. Made a cup of Yorkshire Gold tea.

10:00. Emailed Electronic Frontier Foundation about whether iPhone or Pixel is better.

11:25. Ordered food for macaroni, burgers, and tacos. Delivery will arrive between 15:00 and 17:00.

Fell asleep.

13:50. Woke up.

15:30. Walmart delivery came. Put groceries up. Grabbed a Starry lemon-lime soda.

16:00. Read about reasons to buy an iPhone now that Google is locking down Android.

17:00. Read about the phone foyer method by Cal Newport.

18:00. Checked the Reject Convenience forum and made a few posts. Subscribed to a Reject Convenience member's blog.

18:30. Ate two bean burritos with guac.

20:00. Watched Queer Eye Brushed teeth.

21:00. Performed backups.

22:00. Went to bed.
