11:30. Got up, went downstairs. Took my meds. Brushed my teeth. Took a shower. Brushed my hair and beard.

Filled out my bullet journal. My Pilot Metropolitan fountain pen has dried up. Checked email and Mastodon.

14:00. Ate a PB&J with natural peanut butter and strawberry preserves on whole wheat bread.

Looked at the prices of Western Digital My Passport external drives.

15:48. Cancelled backup. I'll resume it at night. I can resume it with reput -R.

16:00. Debated what to have for dinner. Decided on miso soup for dinner and chili for lunch tomorrow.

Tried to plug in my storage drive. The kernel is saying my Benfei SATA cable is bad. I tried plugging in a different hard drive to the cable and got the same issue.

Snacked on some Planters mixed nuts.

18:30. Ate miso soup with broccoli, cabbage, carrots, and a side of brown rice with furikake.

19:22. Watched Naked and Afraid. Installed Markdown Mode in GNU Emacs.

20:00. Restarted backup of media server. Watched M*A*S*H on Jellyfin. The following command worked well.
