Banana Bread, Veggie Loaf, and Tater Tots

09:30. Got a bunch of notifications on my phone. Got up, got dressed, went downstairs, brushed my hair, took my pills. Ate three pieces of banana bread with a sliced banana. Drank the last of yesterday's pot of tea.

11:44. Got on laptop and tried to recover from suspend. Cheogram Web froze the Chromebook and I had to reboot. Chatted on Fedora Chat and Libera.Chat. Posted 3 good things on Mastodon. Ate three pieces of banana bread.

1. We found baby food prunes for baking.
2. Banana bread turned out great.
3. I'm stocked on fruit butters.

Took a nap.

13:54. Brought in groceries and beer.

16:00. Ate two plant-based Reese's peanut butter cups out of the freezer.

17:30. Ate a piece of cornbread.

18:00. Having veggie loaf and tater tots for supper. Someone made General Tso's and it got me thinking about recipes for General Tso's tofu with oil-free air-fried tofu. Opened a Yuengling beer.

19:00. Chatted on #systemcrafters on Libera.Chat. Ate tater tots and veggie loaf. The air fryer made the tater tots so crispy! I can't wait to try air-fried tofu!

20:30. Went to bed.
